Just got back from a week on the island and I'm still thinking about those incredible fish cakes at this little shack near Carlisle Bay. Can anyone recommend any other hidden gems like it? We stumbled upon a place that served the most tender flying fish with a side of cou-cou, but I've been trying to find more spots like it ever since.
