Just got back from a week in the Bahamas and had a hard time finding the perfect spot to snooze. Beaches with good sand quality and decent shade are key for me, but I also want to be within walking distance of a decent rum shack. Has anyone found any hidden gems that fit the bill? I'm thinking Barbados, St. Lucia, and the USVI are all contenders, but I'd love to hear from fellow island-hoppers.
