Just got back from a week in Provo and I'm still thinking about the best spot I found for fried fish - a tiny shack in Sapodilla Bay that's off the beaten path. The owner, a local guy named Winston, uses a secret blend of spices and the fish is always fresh. Has anyone else found a similar spot in the Turks and Caicos?
